What school district serves Bristol Creek Apartment Homes?
The property is served by the DeKalb County School District, which offers a variety of educational opportunities for students. The closest schools include Canby Lane Elementary School, Miller Grove Middle School, and Southwest DeKalb High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district directly to confirm current assignments.

What public transportation options are available nearby?
Our community is conveniently located near public transit, providing easy access to the MARTA bus system. Nearby routes such as Route 15 (Candler Road) and Route 123 (Church Street) offer connections to the broader Decatur area and the Blue Line rail system. This makes commuting throughout the city or visiting nearby attractions like The Mall at Stonecrest a breeze.

Is there parking available or EV charging stations?
We offer convenient off-street parking for our residents, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis near the leasing office. For those looking for extra protection for their vehicles, we also provide detached garages and covered parking options. While we do not currently have EV charging stations on-site, our team is happy to help you find the nearest local charging hubs.

What types of units are available?
Our community offers a variety of floor plans including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 702 to 1,312 square feet. Each home is designed with comfort in mind and features private patios or balconies, large closets, and cozy fireplaces in select layouts. Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes. Our community charges a monthly fee for renters insurance unless you choose your own provider and upload proof of coverage.

Can I pay my rent online?
Yes! You will be provided a login to the RentCafe Resident Portal where you can pay your rent.

Is the community pet friendly? What are the deposits / fees for pets?
Yes, our community welcomes your furry friend! Our community has a one-time pet fee of $400.00 per pet with a $25.00 pet rent, per pet, per month. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

What is the security deposit?
Security deposits vary on credit and can equal one month’s rent.

Are utilities included in the rent?
Utiltiies are not included in your monthly rent. Residents are responsible for paying for Water, Sewer, Trash, Pest Control, Damage Waiver Program, and Common Electric. Utilities charges can result in a balance owed on a resident’s account. Additional fees apply.

Parking is first come, first serve with spaces available near the leasing office!

What documents are needed to apply for an apartment?
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd party agency.

What is the income requirement? (2X the rent, 3X the rent?)
The income requirement to lease an apartment home is 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. Example: rent for your new home is $1000.00. To qualify in the income portion of the application, you will need to provide proof of income that meets $3000.00 gross income per month or more.
